Shipping policy

How quickly can i expect to get my order?

A lot of my products are made-to-order, meaning they will be processed within 1 to 3 weeks after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Products that are ready-made ship in 3-7 days after receiving your order confirmation email.

If you order contains both ready-made products and made-to-order products they will all be sent together once your order has been made.

Please check the estimated shipping in each product listings description.

There may be some shipping delays depending on the time of purchase due to high traffic due to holidays or worldwide situations. Please allow several days to allow the postal service to update your tracking number as it is out of my control once your order has shipped.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bearymoon is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do i check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
